This video shows the function of the
larynx in a 5 yr old patient with true vocal cord nodules.  This condition is also called "screamer's nodes and singer's nodes".  The nodules form from vocal abuse.  This condition is treated with speech therapy.  With proper use of the voice the nodules should resolve on their own.
