This video shows nasal polyps in a 31 year old patient who sought medical attention for double vision and facial numbness.  The patient's face was asymmetrical and on CT Scan a large mass was seen in the Maxillary Sinus.  On nasal endoscopy the sinus was entered and abundant thick fluid was removed from the sinus.
