This video shows nasal polyps in a 80 year old patient who sought medical attention after an ethmoid sinus mass was found on CT Scan.    On nasal endoscopy the mucocele cavity was entered and abundant thick fluid was removed.  A wide opening into the mucocele's cavity was created.
