This video shows the function of a
larynx with a granuloma on the arytenoid of the right true vocal cord.  The patient was a 32 your old female who did not smoke.  She had a major surgical procedure 2 months prior to developing symptoms.  Since the granuloma is very large the voice is affected.   Arytenoid granulomas are often associated with gastroesophageal reflux and general anesthesia with incubation. Control of the gastroesophageal reflux disease is essential and recurrences of arytenoid granulomas are common.
