These presentations are written in MS Producer and for optimal viewing requires a Cable or DSL connection along with Microsoft Explorer and Microsoft Media Player.  Do not rush the downloading.  If the playback freezes just wait, the program is buffering and will resume playing.  If it does not, hit the play button after a minute has passed.  If you have a 56k modem be sure to select the correct viewing option and you may have to wait up to one minute or a little longer.

The picture on the left shows an eardrum just after myringotomy tube insertion.  Note the strands of fluid seen behind the eardrum.   The patient had serous otitis media which persisted for longer than three months.
